Webinar Hosting

We recommend that each client have their own webinar meeting room, but if you are only holding occasional events, it might be more sensible to use our meeting room. We'll educate you on your options so that you can make an informed decision.

Webinar Scheduling

We'll collaborate with you on topic selection, course descriptions, registration information and post-event information. We'll also provide guidance on optimum days and times to host your webinars. Webinar Presentation Production

As with many marketing programs, content is king! If you have your own presentation, we'll happily evaluate it and make suggestions on how you might enhance it for delivery to your web-based audience. Or, if you are starting from scratch, our experts will work with you to create a PowerPoint presentations that are compelling and impressive for your audience.

Webinar Event Facilitation

We'll provide a moderator for each presentation, to assist your presenter and to handle all technical concerns.

Webinar Marketing

This is one of the most important steps that will contribute to the success of your event. We know what it takes to get noticed and will make recommendations for your webinar event marketing and messaging. If you have an existing e-marketing program, we'll provide the information that you need to build your email invitation and to post the information on your website. And, if you don't have those resources, our in house team can build your email and send it out to your list.

Webinar Administration, Reports & Training

Once your event is over, the real work begins. Cultivating your leads and closing sales will be your post-event focus. We'll provide you with detailed reports that will help you follow-up with your clients.

If you envision a program that you'll eventually manage in-house, we'll train your staff and coach on them on the use of the webinar platform of your choice, so that they are competent and confident enough to use independently.
