American Safari Cruises The Un-Cruise: Inclusive Yacht Destinations
During a virtual travelogue, discover one of America's “secret” and extraordinary wine regions. Each cruising itinerary is flexible, providing opportunities to maximize wildlife viewing or other spontane¬ous adventures that are only accessible to our small groups. From the moment our guests step aboard the yacht until they say their goodbye, a professional crew with a ratio of 1:2 guests handles all the details to ensure your clients experience the yachting voyage of a lifetime.
Today’s half-hour session provides in-depth methods for promoting our one-of-a-kind “Un-Cruise” yacht explorations. Our discussion highlights new vacation opportunities for your clients to sample award-winning wine and cruise through history, witnessing the natural beauty and tastes of the Pacific Northwest on our autumn harvest exclusive wine and culinary cruises in Washington’s wine country. And in October, 2011 our highly anticipated inter-island Hawaiian itineraries to the Maui County group of protected islands (Moloka'i, Lana'i and Maui itself) plus the Big Island provides the combined oppor¬tunity of cove-to-cove cruising with up-close wildlife viewing and interactive cultural experiences. No other expedition-style vessels cruise in Hawaii because they either carry too many passengers which keeps them out of some of the islands or they must keep to strictly-timed port calls. Our small guest contingent has little impact on the islands, and the Safari Explorer’s all-American crew ...

The Un-Cruise: American Safari Cruises Exclusive Expedition-Style Yachts
During today’s virtual travelogue, learn more about the three yachts that make up the American Safari Cruises fleet. The Safari Explorer carries 36-guests, the Safari Quest 22-guests and the Safari Spirit just 12 guests.
The staterooms feature TV/DVD players, iPod docking stations, and private baths, some with Jacuzzi tubs, Tempur-pedic® memory foam mattresses and heated tile bathroom floors. Our flagship, the Safari Explorer, offers Commodore Suites featuring a separated sitting area and a sliding glass door overlooking a small balcony. The Safari Explorer also offers an overall spa influence with complimentary massages from an onboard masseuse, yoga classes, sauna, and on-deck whirlpool spa and exercise equipment. Our inclusive yacht cruises provide exceptional cuisine, complimentary fine wines, premium spirits and a 2-to-1 guest-crew ratio. In addition to exercise equipment and a whirlpool spa, each of the yachts carries kayaks, skiffs and stand-up paddle boards. Their relatively small size enables them to go where big ships cannot.
Underwater cameras mounted on the bow of each yacht provide a 24-hour view into the world below the water’s surface. Colorful images are streamed into the staterooms over designated TV channels and to the main salon’s large screens. Each inclusive yacht cruise features a professional Expedition Leader/Naturalist and local guides that provide educational lectures and narration on the destinations as well as arrange behind-the-scenes visits ...

The Un-Cruise: American Safari Cruises’ Unique Concept
Today’s presentation outlines the concept of our one-of-a-kind yacht adventures and how they offer an alternative to the traditional large- and small-ship cruises by taking guests into areas that are not accessible to larger ships, and on excursions, and to activities that are exclusive, private and unavailable to most other travelers. Cruises run during daylight hours only, maximizing your opportunities to truly experience the wildlife, culture, and people found along the way. Every convenience is included with the exception of crew gratuities: shore excursions, transfers, premium spirits, exquisite hand-crafted meals, naturalist-guided hikes, kayaking, port charges, all taxes and more.
Cruises generally range from 7 to 14 nights. Regularly scheduled departures allow traditional bookings by individual stateroom or private charters bring families, corporate teams, Natural History Museums or any other type of affinity group together for an in-depth, uninterrupted and unparalleled experience. Children under 12 are accommodated through private family charters or on select Kids in Nature (KIN) departures.
